A source who has seen the court filing papers told People Magazine: "In the filing, it says the child 'was born out of wedlock to [petitioner] Linda Evangelista, 46, and that [Pinault] acknowledged [her] allegation.It says, 'It is decided that Pinault is the father of [Evangelista's son], Augustin James.'" The source went on to say: "All that's left is for a magistrate to go over the father's filings and make a determination of support, which will last until the child is 21, [Pinault] is asking to be able to testify by phone." E! Online reported that Evangelista had previously lied about who the Father was, even creating a false back-story, claiming the baby's father was a 'New York Architect'. Evangelista gave birth to her boy in late 2006, with Hayek giving birth to VALENTINA PALOMA PINAULT in September 2007. It is unclear how much Hayek knew about the cover up.

Well if he was my man first and I got pregnant there is no well in hell I would keep quiet for there two mfkers. Womne on the side have such a different view on life and think that when they get a man that there relationship is starting on good term but that is the furtherst from the truth.
There was nearly 10 months between these kids... I would assume, Linda didn't know she was preggo when she was dumped, and kept the baby....I would also assume daddy didnt tell Salma until paternity was beginning to be addressed...
