The singer flew to her Caribbean hometown last week (ends25Dec11) to rest and relax after wrapping up her Loud Tour in London.
She took to her Twitter.com page to share her vacation excitement, writing, "Barbados will always be home sweet home!!! I've been waiting for this moment!!! I can't believe it's real!"
After spending Christmas Day (25Dec11) with her family, the Umbrella hitmaker decided to hit the town on Boxing Day (26Dec11) to check out a local party.
A source tells Britain's The Sun, "Rihanna went to a fish restaurant first where she sank a few drinks and bought seafood for a hundred or so punters there.
"Then she went to a 'lime on the hill' (party) where people gather and dance to sound systems. She was loving it. She climbed on top of a Jeep to pull out her moves, all while swigging on a bottle of rum. Other revellers - especially the blokes - were impressed."
