Pals fear newly engaged Miley Cyrus has begun cutting herself again.
MILEY Cyrus prompted fresh fears over her health after revealing what looked like cut marks on her arm.
The former Disney star, 19, was seen with the scars as she left a pilates class in Los Angeles on Friday.
It comes just months after she worried her army of fans with a tweet about wounding.
Miley, who has lost a lot of weight this year, wrote: “Scars remind us of where we’ve been. Not where we’re going.”
The former Hannah Montana star has a history of clumsiness, and had to be rushed to hospital earlier this year after cutting herself while cooking.
Miley, who yesterday sported a new tattoo about “cold and timid souls”, has seen her career take a nosedive after album and movie flops.
But as her stock falls, her Aussie fiancé Liam Hemsworth’s is soaring.
Miley said of the 22-year-old Hunger Games actor: “It’s good for him if he is not only seen as ‘the boyfriend of Miley Cyrus’ all the time.”
