The pals were due to see in 2013 in Brooklyn, where Jay-Z and Coldplay are playing a huge joint gig at the Barclays Center venue.
But Beyonce’s off to Las Vegas after being paid £2.5million for a gig.
A source said: “Beyonce’s trying to persuade Gwyneth to keep her company in Vegas and have a girls night to see in 2013.
“Gwyneth’s weighing it up as Chris will have Jay for company.”
