On Tuesday, Selena Gomez's on-off beau Instagrammed a picture of himself and the "Fine China" singer.
In the quintessential bro shot, Breezy, 24, wraps a tatted-up arm around his pal's shoulder. Biebs, wearing gold chains and a V-neck, puts on his cutesy "Look-who-it-is" face and points at Rihanna's on-off love, writing simply, "CB what's up."
Bieber, 19, isn't just hanging around after Sunday night'sunfortunate booing incident at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards: He tweeted Monday that he was "gonna take some time" (to do what? Use your imaginations, Beliebers). And on Tuesday, he wrote simply, "focused #musicjournals"
And get excited, y'all! Justin's manager, Scooter Braun,tweeted last week that the "Believe" singer "is putting together his #musicjournals for all of you."
