Kanye West refused to leave Kim Kardashian's side before she went into labor.
The 36-year-old rapper, whose reality TV star girlfriend delivered a healthy baby girl on Saturday morning (15.06.13), cancelled his scheduled appearance at a listening party for his new album, 'Yeezus,' in Los Angeles on Friday night after Kim told him she was feeling ''a little off'' and supported her during every contraction.
A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the 'New Slaves' hitmaker was in the delivery room when the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star welcomed their baby naturally at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Beverly Hills after going into full labour in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Despite being born five weeks early, both mother and baby are in good health.
Another insider told UsMagazine.com that Kanye wouldn't have missed the arrival of their first child for anything, saying: ''Of course, Kanye was there with Kim when she went to the hospital and had the baby. She started to feel sick late last night [Friday] and was having contractions.

I know Kanye stayed only so he could be like Jay-Z and come up with some super inspirational/corny rap lyrics about how the birth of his daughter was the most amazing thing he's ever witnessed. Mark my words! Thats gonna be on the next leaked song.
