Miley Cyrus Blasts Clive Davis' Old Party Crowd

Miley Cyrus brands the crowd at Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy party as old after the ignored her performance.
John Fogerty performed with Foo Fighters and Jennifer Hudson. R. Kelly debuted a tribal new song in tribute to Nelson Mandela. And Miley Cyrus basically called the audience old.
Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy gala drew in stars who are set to shine at Sunday's Grammys and featured performances from musical dynamos like Lionel Richie and newcomers such as Macklemore.
Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Metallica, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Jane Fonda, Robin Thicke and Rod Stewart were among the A-listers who attended the Beverly Hilton for the four-hour event.
Cyrus opened her set with the upbeat "Get It Right," which didn't earn a rousing applause. She said to the crowd: "I hope y'all feel better than y'all look. Maybe this song is better for this crowd." Then she sang Dolly Parton's "Jolene."

Clive is the Devil but he was foolish to have this idiot perform in the first place

Did Miley even stop to think that nobody besides herself was interested in her or her performance???? She's lucky she got asked to perform.

I'm sorry but she tries to hard, and she's such a lame

Does she not realize she will be "old" one day and if still in the biz the next generation or two will snicker at her for trying too hard to be edgy annd relevant ex. Madonna. Maybe she actually can't sing or perform thus the crowd tuned her out. There is lots of power and longevity held by the reign of Clive so little gurl needs to take a seat. Getting tired of smug younguns acting as if they invented "sex, drugs rock and roll'.
