Ke$ha Cancels Tour Dates

Pop star Ke$ha cancels a string of tour dates opting to stay in treatment for her eating disorder.

Ke$ha has postponed a string of scheduled March and April tour dates in order to continue treatment
 for an eating disorder.
"I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor's advice and get my health back on track," the singer said in a statement. "All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn't have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour."
According to her official website, Ke$ha had dates booked at the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana, on March 15 and the Kress Events Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on April 13. The dates have been postponed in order to allow the singer to keep healing at Chicago's Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center, which she checked into
in early January. On January 22, she reached out to fans to express her gratitude for their support during this difficult time. "I just wanted to say that this is really hard and necessary work," she wrote. "I'm grateful for all the love and support."
