It's not just for hoodrats. Model Christie Brinkely won't go anywhere without her hair extensions.
Aside from her vegan diet and Total Gym devotion, Christie Brinkley relies on her thick blonde tresses to maintain her youthful appearance.
'I can't live without knowing I have my extensions and ponytail,' the 60-year-old supermodel revealed to Social Life Magazine.
'So I can run out the door at the drop of a hat.'
The longtime Cover Girl doesn't have to hunt her hair pieces down either, since she fronts her very own wig collection with Hair 2 Wear.
The West End star - who's worth more than $80 million - also fronts Total Gym and she's currently penning a book for Grand Central Life & Style.Jacked from The Daily Mail

Damn she still looks good!
Someone here obviously knows nothing about the hair game. African Americans did not invent weaves, etc. White women, actresses, etc. have been wearing weaves, wigs, falls, etc. for eons...it is not as noticeable because the texture of the false hair more closely matches their own texture, whereas with the average African American woman it does not. Don't believe me? Watch old Joan Crawford, Marlene Dietrich, Hedy Lamar and Elizabeth Taylor movies...
Her extensions line are clip-ins and appear to be of decent quality. A great way to add volume and length to hair. A friend went to an event and tried on and it looks really good! They are not expensive, either.
Exactly @10:36! Only as it relates to black people do some idiots consider it as "hood" but the "others" can wear weaves, grills, braids, twerk, etc and it's just them "being different"
