Kanye West slams Britney Spears in his deposition for a battery case.
"I'm the smartest celebrity you've ever f--king dealt with," he said in a transcript of the deposition, "I'm not Britney Spears."
The "Bound 2" rapper also defended his alleged actions toward the photog by saying, "I'm in the business of trying to make dope s--t for the world. You're in the business of representing scums and trying to make as much money as long as there's this lapse in the law."
Aaaand his outrageous comments didn't stop there.
Kim Kardashian's hubby went on to compare his reported fight with the paparazzi to the Civil Rights Movement when the photographer's lawyer, Nate Goldberg, recited a line from his song, "Flaming Lights."
"It offends me because you're a white person saying n---a," he said to the attorney.
"I mean in the '60s people used to hold up 'Die N----r' signs when my parents were in the sit-ins also," he continued.
When Goldberg asked if he was relating the struggles of blacks in the past with the struggles of celebrities today, he said, "Yes, 100…I equate it to discrimination. I equate it to inequalities.
"We, as group of minorities here in LA, as celebrities have to ban together to influence guys like this," he added.
"Guys trying to take the picture, guys trying to get the big win, guys trying to get the check," he added, according to TMZ.
Here's hoping Kanye can manage to get a group of celebs to "ban together" with him and fight against the paparazzo. Although we're pretty sure he can count out Brit-Brit from that little plan. ::rolls eyes::Jacked from Life&Style

He can count out his wife Kim K. too in his "fight" with the paparazzi. Without them, who would she be?
How dare he compare himself with blacks of the 60's and 70's assclown
