TAYLOR Swift has been named the most powerful person in pop.
The Blank Space singer beat pals Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Rihanna and Ariana Grande to the top of The Pop Powerlist for 4Music.
Taylor was crowned queen thanks to her chart-topping 1989 album, estimated £88million fortune and 55 million Twitter followers.
Her high profile endorsements including Diet Coke and her own perfume range also helped shoot her to the top. The chart was determined by a panel of industry experts who analysed everything from airplay to critics’ opinions. Adele, Rihanna and Beyonce are among the other stars who have topped The Pop Powerlist in previous years.
It’s yet another title for Taylor, who earlier this week scooped three iHeartRadio Music Awards, including Artist of the Year.
Posting a picture of her overly excited face after winning at Sunday’s LA ceremony, Taylor tweeted: “Living proof that you can be the @iHeartRadio Music Awards Artist of the Year and also a super embarrassing person!” Imagine her face now.Jacked from The Sun
