A new twist has come out in the case of Brittany Murphy’s husband Simon Monjack’s death.
According to CNN, the coroner concluded that Monjack died the same way as his wife—from acute pneumonia and severe anemia.
"Just like Brittany," Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said.
Prescription drugs were also found in Monjack’s system, but they did not cause an overdose or apparently contribute to his death. The medical examiner ruled out heart disease as a contributing factor. Monjack had reportedly been experiencing heart problems.
The two are buried next to each other at the Forest Lawn cemetery in LA. So sad. And it still seems like there’s something we don’t know about both of their deaths.

wow.. they died from the same thing because they were probably both drug abusers.. all that abuse caught up with their bodies.. wow... thats a sad coincidence... i hope they both rest in piece..
doctors will NEVER implicate prescription drug abuse as a cause... fear of reprucussions
