Rihanna fans got more than their money's worth last night as rap superstar Eminem joined the singer on stage.
The 20,000 strong crowd at The Staples Centre in Los Angeles were treated to the surprise half way through the show, as the real Slim Shady appeared on stage to perform their hit Love The Way You Lie.
This was actually only the second time that the pair have performed the song live together but the crowd's response was deafening with fans going crazy when the rapper hit the stage.
The collaboration between the two artists, Love the Way You Lie, which features on the album, depicts a violent and destructive relationship.
That's something that is all too familiar for Rihanna, who was physically assaulted last year by her then boyfriend singer Chris Brown. She suffered major cuts and bruises to her face, hands and body.
Brown was arrested and charged with assault and domestic violence and sentenced to six months of community service and five years of probation.
He is also banned from seeing or attempting to contact Rihanna for five years.

1. why is chris mentioned ALL THE TIME, every time journalists/late night hosts speak on rihanna they first state how her boyfriend beat the sh%t out of her. If they really feel for the girl they shouldn't continue to remind the world of her a$$ whoopin'
2.Jay-z schmoozing didn't pay off with Lebron but it worked to pull Eminem into some publicity tomfoolery.
Em's suppose to be teaming up with Jay during his comeback phase,someone "perceived" as raw talent (PERCEIVED), he should not be wasting energy with jay-z's lame hoes.
Jay got Em looking like a beginner trying to desperately get it in where he can. Does Em really want to adopt a pop/rihanna fan base, does he really want that kind of tour.
