Tiger Woods' divorce from Elin might be final but he's still battling it out with his whores.
Tiger Woods is said to have taken legal action to have a paternity suit against him by a porn star dismissed.
Lawyers for the shamed golf star have allegedly asked for a request that he provide a DNA sample be thrown of our court.
Adult film star Devon James had claimed Tiger, 33, is the father of her nine-year-old son.
The 29-year-old claimed she fell pregnant with Tiger's child when they had a fling in Hawaii and years later while working as a £1,000 an hour prostitute became one of his mistresses.
James said she named the boy Austin T - with the middle initial a tribute to his father.

Despite her claims being ridiculed by her own mother James filed paperwork with a court in Sarasota, Florida, demanding that Woods undergo a DNA test.
She insisted that Woods was the father and wanted the paternity test to prove he had fathered her child.
But it later emerged that a DNA test was carried out in 2002 which proved Woods was not the father.
James denied all knowledge of the test, but the paperwork was produced by her mother who said he daughter was a 'pathological liar'.
Austin, who does have a resemblance to Woods, is in the full time custody of James's mother Sandra.
Woods, who is said to be finalising a pds100m divorce from wife Elin Nordegren, has instructed his team of lawyers to have the paternity case dismissed.
Celebrity website TMZ said the legal paperwork declares that Woods is not the father based on the prior DNA test.
James,who legal name is Melinda Jannette, has made thousands of pounds from lurid tales of her involvement with Woods.
She was the 14th and last of the mistresses linked to the golfer.
James claimed Woods paid her for sex after meeting at a party in Florida.
A spokesman for Woods refused to comment.
