I got a few friends in the fashion industry, and one of my girlfriends whose a makeup artist working for the shows went to an after party for a boutique and said the head buyer was rofl at the kanye west show, saying it was a rip off ect, ect. And that the critiques didn't really like it but his friends in the industry encouraged them to go easy on him this season. Also that the models were irritated as fuck and thought the set up backstage was unorganized and he spent most of his time talking to the models and not styling them. The buyer, when asked if he would purchse any garments for the store said "that shit is not for Paris women, maybe tacky Americans who want to look like Paris woman"

Well it did look like knock offs.
No hate but it really did.
Every piece up there was something I'd seen before from other designers just not as good.
It's like he sampled their style like he does music.
That clothing line is an embarrassment. Such a shame when REAL aspiring fashion designers go into tens of thousands of dollars of debt at fashion institutes for 4+ years a-strugglin' when this chipmunk spent one summer trekking across Europe "studying" fashion only to put together some tacky garments made from a sweatshop where Chinese workers' fingers are cut off due to dangerous working conditions.
While I do feel like his line of clothing is garbage i'm not feeling this last line.

Is this shit for real? every time I go to paris I see tacky shit on the locals. EVERY TIME!!! If they pull out an iron and use it,then its for a special occasion only! the shit is mismatched. So I dont know who that person was talking about but apparently even the regular french women cannot afford the "PARIS" look cause they damn sure dont wear it.
